The next leg – Berg to Rørvik was just under 50 miles. So we decided to start early (something of a theme here!). However, we then woke earlier than we planned and so left even earlier than the original early. The log states 03.40 – left Berg. Actually that was quite slick as we only woke at 03.30 and had left within ten minutes. When it is basically light all night anyway, it’s sometimes hard to tell the difference between 3am and 7am, so it actually didn’t feel too bad.
The passage was a quiet one – motoring pretty much all the way and we arrived in Rørvik just before lunch, giving us a relaxing afternoon.
